Placing an Order

At Hausrack USA, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To place an order, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at support@hausrackusa.com as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@hausrackusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to our designated return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
  • If an item is returned in non-original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement product when requesting a return. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or regulatory reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene-related products

Late or Missing Refunds
